Positioning Wedges

The articulated turn and positioning wedges are to aid in offloading the sacrum while helping provide proper body alignment to the patient or resident. These may be used as a set or individually based on need.

The top of each cushion has a special material to help keep the patient/resident in position. Each cushion comes with a handle to help aid in positioning and removing the wedge.

Available in Small (10" x 10.5" x 6"), Standard (18" x 10.5" x 7"), and Bariatric (18" x 15" x 8")

Available with stabilizing extension

The stabilizing extension is placed under the legs to help with aligning the lower extremity and keeping the cushion in position.

Extension measures:

7" x 17" x 3" for the small

9" x 17" x 3" for the standard and bariatric
